Anyone around the world can participate without having to travel. All you need is a computer and internet connection to join. This event is Saturday, November 14, 2026, 9:00 AM (EST). Presenters from as far away as Asia will be accommodated with favorable presentation times.
All professional colleagues, students and those working in Health, Physical Education, Dance or Sport fields around the world are invited to present.
All roundtable discussion presentations will be 20 minutes. This includes up to three minutes for questions from attendees. Submission of abstracts will commence on July 1, 2026, with a deadline of September 14, 2026. You will receive notice regarding acceptance of your abstract within three weeks of submission. To ensure a presentation slot, be sure to submit abstracts early.
Presenters must be or commit to become a member of IAHPEDS before registering for the Roundtable event. You must be registered by October 12, 2026 to ensure inclusion in the program.

Abstract – should be 250 words or less, single-spaced and in one long paragraph. Please prepare the abstract in WORD and use Times New Roman, 12-point font. Do not list keywords or any references. Do not use headers such as Methods and Results. Include information concerning purpose, methods, results, and discussions/conclusions, if research based.
